Deep Tissue/ Sports Massage
Our deep tissue & Sports massage treatments are specifically aimed towards your current issues, whether that is ongoing muscular pain, injury management or postural and conformational problems. These treatments can include techniques from trigger point therapy, myofascial release, muscular energy techniques, soft tissue mobilisation and myofascial cupping. You do not need to be an athlete to benefit from these types of massages, if you are suffering with an ongoing issue then this may be a suitable treatment for you.

Pregnancy Massage

Why not try our ultimate relaxation treatment, where during this massage you will receive head & scalp massage, light to medium full body massage and foot reflexology, to bring you to a optimum tranquil state.

All treatments offered are entirely mobile. I will bring all equipment with me, this includes couch, towels and massage oils. It is advised for increased comfort, please consider the space you would like the treatment in and allow enough room for the couch to be setup.

Please note, a small mileage charge of 50p per mile will apply for areas 20 miles further afield of Launceston, Cornwall.
